摘要

The technique used in the Dunkirk coke plant to collect the carryover during charging leads to a high amount of sediments in the tar and in the ammonia water. The content of particles in suspension in the water could be reduced thanks to the installation of a specific cylindro-conical decanter. To prevent the accumulation of heavy tar at the base of this decanter, a centrifugal cleaning machine was installed on the recycling line of heavy tar. The modelling of this treatment circuit has shown the efficiency of this solution. Its industrial application has produced the aimed improvements.%La technique de captage des envols à l'enfournement utilisée dans la cokerie de Dunkerque conduit à une teneur importante de sédiments dans les goudrons et les eaux ammoniacales. La teneur en matières en suspension dans ces dernières a été r╚uite grâce au passage dans un décanteur cylindro-conique spécifique. Pour éviter l'accumulation de goudrons lourds à la base de ce décanteur, une centrifugeuse a été installée sur la ligne de recyclage des goudrons lourds. La modélisation de ce circuit de traitement a montré l'efficacité de cette solution. Sa mise en application industrielle a permis d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.
