Women In Lighting + Design took a walk on the WILD side at the Annual Conference. More than a dozen women met at 6:30 a.m. for a 1.3-mile walk followed by a coffee chat in the Connect Lounge. The conversation included stories about mentor-ship, the workplace and how women support each other in their local markets. The mission of WILD is to provide all women in the lighting industry an inclusive and open environment for personal and professional growth by offering community, mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
