With sustainability rapidly climbing to the top of everyone's agenda, Finnish firm Fluid-Bag has seen a significant upturn in inquiries for its innovative returnable shipping solution. The MULTI offers an environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional IBC and is really starting to gain traction in the lubricants sector. It provides a compact and sustainable solution that can be used time and time again, says Henrik Kass, Sales Manager, Lubricants. "While it's been used in other industries for over a decade, it is still a fairly new concept for the lubricants market," he says. "We're now noticing that interest is growing to look into replacing rigid returnable containers. Everybody is of course looking at cost reduction-but at the same time sustainability is becoming more and more important. This allows them to achieve both."
