Q: A number of my album covers were scrambled in the move to iOS 7. Any ideas on how to fix this? A: The only solution we've found to this problem is a bit radical: you'll need to delete all the music on your iOS device and then resync the music. To do so, connect the iOS device to iTunes, select it and click the Music tab in the header bar. Uncheck Sync Music, and click Sync near the bottom of the iTunes window. After the syncing is complete, recheck Sync Music -iTunes will remember your settings -and then sync again. This can take quite a while, especially if you use the iTunes feature that converts your music to a lower bitrate when syncing.
