Climate change is fast becoming the defining issue of this century. Asia is going to be affected more drastically than other regions because of its large population-half of the world's population live in Asia-early stage of development, and vulnerability to environmental risks exacerbated by climate change such as water scarcity and extreme weather events. Is Asia prepared, or at least getting ready to face this challenge?
