The 100 % para-aramid yarns are used to manufacture gloves and sleeves to provide protection against thermal and mechanical risks (abrasion, cut, tear and puncture). The paper discusses the designed range of HPT Aracore® yarns to achieve better performance than that of 100 % para-aramid yarns.
