Here comes the rain again! 'When it rains, it pours! Playing in the rain is one of the childhood fantasies that we cherish all our fives. The jumping in the muddy soil, the soiled clothes, the drenched looks, the paper boats, all art favourites in the rains. 'Even when one is 40, it is hard to fight back that impulse to just jump into the muddy soil and enjoy the rains. 'While most of us enjoy the rains, few others fret and fume. They have reasons too. Clogged drainage system and congested transportation and every Mumbaikar's ubiquitous question 'kapade kahaan shukhaye?!!!.
