Sans Technical Fibers LLC (STF), a North American manufacturer of specialized nylon 66 fibers, announced the expansion of its nylon manufacturing capabilities in Stoneville, North Carolina, with a $10 million investment.The expansion of 8 million pounds per year nameplate capacity is expected to be on line towards the end of 2013. The additional capacity will be used to expand STF's position in the automotive, military and apparel markets in both industrial and textile applications. This expansion is the first stage of a strategic initiative to install equipment that gives world-class manufacturing economics stated President of STF.
