The automatic fabric inspection is therefore more than just the replacement of a manual activity with a machine, it is a revolution in the quality management for cloth inspection. It is similar to the replacement of yarn boards by the yarn evenness testing. Further its high testing speed, consistency, storage ability, standardized designation of the faults will help to get better quality product than before.
