This article presents four areas of problems namely, marketing professional training objectives are not adjusting to the requirements of enterprises, lack of the curriculum setting mechanism corresponding to the actual needs of enterprises, marketing professional teaching methods are falling behind, and marketing professional teaching teachers are lacking through studying the marketing professional teaching mode. Based on the article, it is believed that application marketing talents are trained from the beginning of the transformation of the training mode, whereby the "four 1" training mode should be constructed. Four measures are proposed in this article in clearing training objectives and changing training plan; establishing curriculum mechanism based on "four 1"; improving marketing professional teaching method; strengthening marketing professional teaching construction mechanism.
