The China aquarium industry has been booming as the tourism industry developed in recent years. However, a series of problems are affecting the aquarium industry's sustainable development. By analyzing the operation and competition of the aquarium industry in our country, this paper attempts to identify critical success factors for the industry, and presents some advice on how to gain the core competence in the way of operating characteristics, scientific research and brand awareness, as well as the diversified development.
