摘要

A facile interfacial chemical approach to reduce graphene fluoride (GF) with hydrazine hydrate for the fabrication of graphene is presented. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and Raman spectroscopy reveal that sp~2 hybridized structure is reconstructed in the resulting reduced GF (H-rGF), enabling H-rGF to possess excellent electrical properties. Our study provides a quick and mild way to conveniently fabricate graphene.
