摘要

Acrylic resinano-SiO2 leather finishing agent was prepared via emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) indicated that the structure of acrylic resinano-SiO_2. Dynamics Laser Scattering (DLS) indicated that the average diameter of acrylic resinano-SiO_2 (155.5 nm) was bigger than pure acrylic resin (97.7 nm) and correspondingly ζ potential decreased. Differential Scanning Calorimeters (DSC) analysis showed that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the EFAR/SiO_2 (Tg=- 18.2 ℃) was higher than that of EFAR (Tg= -23.6 ℃). Moreover, in contrast to acrylic resin, the applied properties of the leather finished by the acrylic resinano-SiO_2 were measured: water vapor permeability increased by 7.80% as well as water uptake decreased by 17.89%.
