摘要

In the present study, thermal sulfidation of Ni-Ti alloys were adapted as an integrated electrode of a cathode and a current collector for flexible Li batteries. Sulfide layers for the cathode materials were formed on the surface of Ni-Ti alloy during sulfidation procedure and consisted of NiS_(1.97), NiS and Ti_(8.2)S_(11) sulfide. Sulfur pressure was an important factor to control the chemical composition of sulfides and the thickness of the sulfurized layers. The discharge capacity of the cell with the integrated electrode was maintained over 400 mA hg~(-1)-NiS_(1.97) during the fifth cycle.
