摘要

Y_2O_3/Pr~(3+) nanoparticulate powder has been prepared through a one-step hydrolytic sol-gel process using an yttrium praseodymium heterometallic alkoxide. The powder was characterized by TGA/TDA, XRD, TEM, XPS and photoluminescent experiments, which showed that a homogeneous and a highly crystalline material was obtained by calcination as low as 500 deg C.
