316 L stainless steel, high density dislocations (similar to 1.14 x 10(15) m(-2)) obtained by selective laser melting process that play an important role in high yield strength. Dislocation slip and twinning during entire plastic deformation process, which maintained strain hardening rate at an ideal level and obtained outstanding ductility and resulting high yield ratio.
