摘要

In order to improve the microstructure and enhance the mechanical properties of nickel based single crystal superalloys, a heat treatment under an alternating magnetic field is investigated. Compared with traditional heat treatment without alternating magnetic field, the microstructure at an alternating magnetic field exhibits the uniformly distributed and high volume fraction of gamma' precipitates, the decreases of residual eutectic, segregations and microproposity. The rupture life is enhanced from 62 h to 106 hat 980/250MPa. Present work provides a new method to optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of nickel based single crystal superalloy blades.
