摘要

The incorporation of Zr enhanced the mechanical properties of the long period stacking ordered (LPSO) structure Mg-Gd-Zn alloys. The reason was found to be the fact that Zr induced the precipitation of new phases, the variations in morphology and distribution of LPSO structure phases and the grain homogenization.
