摘要

Tb_4O_7 doped and Sm_2O_3-Tb_4O_7 co-doped containing Na_3Y(PO_4)_2 crystalline glass ceramics were prepared by melting crystallization,which heat treatment condition was 660 °C/120 min. In the emission spectrum, there are characteristic peaks of Tb~(3+) at 416 nm, 437 nm, 489 nm, 545 nm, 585 nm, and 621 nm. In addition, the emission intensity at 545 nm is the strongest corresponding to the ~5D_4→~7F_5 transition of Tb~(3+). And the optimal doping concentration of Tb_4O_7 doped glass ceramics is 0.5%. Sm_2O_3-Tb_4O_7 co-doped glass ceramics were excited at 378 nm, and the characteristic emission of Tb~(3+) and Sm~(3+) could be obtained in the same spectrum. The energy transfer of Tb~(3+) to Sm~(3+) was proved by fluorescence lifetime and Dexter theory. Sm_2O_3-Tb_4O_7 co-doped Na_3Y (PO_4)_2 crystal phase glass ceramics can be used in green lasers and White light-emitting diode (w-LEDs) by adjusting the doping concentration of Sm_2O_3 and Tb_4O_7.
