摘要

Hereby we study the Bishop boundary of a topological finite or countable infinite tensor product algebra, in terms of those of the factor algebras. This is achieved by employing Urysohn algebras, on the Gel'fand transform algebras of which, the absolute value function acts. As an auxiliary result, we also examine the Gel'fand transform algebra of an inductive limit topological algebra. So, under suitable conditions for the topological algebras involved, the Gel'fand transform commutes with inductive limits.
