摘要

A new mathematical formulation study of the capacity for asynchronous VIVO DS-CDMA communication channel using arrayed receivers with space-time Beamformers is developed in this paper. It is focused on Multi-Users Detectors (MUD), space-time array processing and Beamforming technology. Our contribution aims to examine the ability of the proposed Space-Time (ST) Beamformers to cope with additive noise, with the multiple access interference (MAI), intersymbol interference (ISI) and with near-far problems, respectively. The system-capacity will be taken as a criterion to assess the different space-time receivers, both theoretically with a mathematical framework and practically with simulation results. There is a little doubt that using powerful Beamformers and antenna array technology at the receiver can guarantee a huge potential capacity for VIVO DS-CDMA system.
