摘要

High value of Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR) is one of the main disadvantages of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). Many techniques like Signal Scrambling and Signal Distortion are proposed in literature to combat PAPR Problem which have their own advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, FractionalFourier Transform (FRFT) based selective mapping (SLM) is used to reduce PAPR. The results prove the efficacy of the proposed method compared to conventional techniques.
