The introduction of the paper should explain the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose, and the contribution of the paper. It is assigned the number "1" and following sections are assigned numbers as needed, format. The paper must be (Letter) page size with margins of 1.25" for the top of first page, 0.75" for left, right, and bottom, and 0.75" for top, bottom, left, and right of ALL subsequent pages.
