摘要

An abstract, not exceeding 200 words, is required for all papers (font is Times New Roman size 9). (Body text is Times New Roman size 9). The introduction of the paper should explain the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose, and the contribution of the paper. It is assigned the number "1" and following sections are assigned numbers as needed, format. The paper must be (Letter) page size with margins of 1.25" for the top of first page, 0.75" for left, right, and bottom, and 0.75" for top, bottom, left, and right of ALL subsequent pages. The paper must be double column format, single line spacing with an extra line added between paragraphs. Please limit the title to a maximum length of 10 words. The author's name(s) follows and is also centered on the page. A blank line is required between the title and the author's name(s). Last names should be spelled out in full and preceded by author's initials.
