On November 14-15, 2019, the manufacturer of sizing equipment and indigo dyeing technology for the denim industry Karl Mayer Rotal Sri, Mezzolombardo/ltaly, expanded its denim center of excellence with an in-house show for its customers and at the same time celebrated its 50th anniversary. There is now a new competence center featuring a greendye pilot installation, academy, show room and meeting rooms in an area covering 500 m2. The expansion offers customers new opportunities to make their production more efficient and sustainable, as demonstrated by an event program that included a factory tour, machinery show and specialist presentations. More than 30 representatives from international customers accepted the invitation of Karl Mayer Rotal. Among other things, the guests visited a 13 m long pilot installation. The equipment is used to simulate the environmentally friendly and efficient nitrogen dyeing technology in real-life conditions on a scale of 1:10.
