In the last paragraph of the above-mentioned article which appeared in MELUAND INTERNATIONAL 1/2016 on p. 22-25, we would like to make the following correction: Uster Technologies AG, Uster/Switzerland, provides a complete overview of quality aspects throughout yarn production with the Uster Quality Expert integrated in the new Uster Tester 6. The analysis of comprehensive quality data - collected at each stage of production and connected with laboratory data from evenness testing by Uster Quality Expert - allows fast detection of issues in yarn production. Only the measurements from Uster Tester 6 enable assessment of the fabric quality in terms of appearance, pilling and weaving performance to be pre- dicted and clearly visualized with the 'Yarn Grades' in levels from 1 to 5 (see Fig.).
