The production program of hastem GmbH, Noerdlingen/Germany, has increased steadily over the years and now ranges from slat and spiked slat conveyors to conveyor belts in modular construction. The various design features of the conveyors allow adaption to various applications: slat and spiked slat conveyors (AB-Conveyor System) for fiber opening and fiber blending equipment; slat conveyors for cross lapper and needle looms and other fiber and non-woven transports (C-Conveyor System); aluminum slat conveyors for thermal applications; slat conveyors with micro-pins for optimal fixing of textiles; hinge-free modular belts (SC-Conveyor System) with closed surface and no chance for fibers catching at the surface. Due to the minimized height small roller diameters can be realized.
