With an investment estimated at € 125 million, one of Russia's largest manufacturers of technical textiles Ivanovo Manufactory, Ivanovo/Russia, has signed an agreement with a diversified Slovenian holding company Riko Group, Ljubljana/Slovenia, for the construction of a plant for the production flame-re-tardant fabrics. The new plant is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2015. The plant will have the capacity of up to 15 million meters of fabrics/year. It is expected to be built on the site of a former furniture factory in Ivanovo with an area of 44,000 m~2.
