摘要

Silicone formulations were developed that allow the production of thin membranes (below 50 μrn) in a continuous process. The membranes can be processed without protection foil from roller to roller. In contrast to directly coated materials the separate membrane production enables a better quality assurance concerning possible flaws such as bubbles or pin holes.
