Posileno is a novel heald based system by Grob Textile AG, Lachen/Switzerland, for weaving fancy and standard leno fabrics. The new driving system for the doup healds allows much higher speeds for weaving leno fabrics with healds without any restriction to the design possibilities.rnLeno fabrics are a relatively lesser known and somewhat mysterious type of textile fabrics. For many technical applications, their characteristics yield higher values in strength and stability than normal woven fabrics. Their most attractive point, however, is the almost unlimited possibility to vary patterns. Ingenious variations of designs are possible. For a long time, two basically different methods have been known for weaving leno fabrics:
