Many stampers have discovered there are significant benefits available from cutting out a secondary operation by tapping a part inside of a progressive die. To those who have not yet tried in-die tapping, we say, "learn it now, or learn it later," because competition within the stamping industry is fierce and reduced production costs are what separate the growing from the stagnant.
