Officials of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., needed software and systems engineering services to support CECOM's Software Engineering Center (SEC). They found their solution from the BAE Systems Intelligence and Security sector in Arlington, Va. BAE Systems will provide software support to CECOM under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
