'Nothing happens until something moves' is a logistical truism often repeated by the planners of tactical wheeled vehicle (TWV) fleets. It reflects the reality of the critical roles played by military trucks and trailers across the spectrum of military response, stretching from humanitarian assistance to high-intensity conflict. One small representative example of the scope and complexities surrounding these modern military fleets can be found in a trailer overhaul effort that recently emerged from the US Army's Red River Army Depot (RRAD).
