摘要

This study on drones is composed of two articles. The first examines the pros and cons of using them in the light of international experiences and analyses made by major Military and Strategic Studies Institutes. The second article, by 41° "Cordenons" Rgt., makes the point about the situation of drones employment both within the Army in Operating Theatres.%Di fronte ad avversari in grado di operare in piccoli nuclei, e di controllare vaste porzioni di territorio (grazie anche a una radicata rete di protezione tra la popolazione civile), l'impiego dei droni è stato utilissimo nel contrastare le minacce. Gli Aerei a Pilotaggio Remoto (APR), come vengono chiamati più precisamente, sono risultati fondamentali nelle fasi di pianificazione e condotta delle operazioni militari per l'ottimale rapporto costi/benefici.
