It is unlikely there is a more operational air arm in the world than the Pakistan Air Force (PAF): fighting terrorists in the north-west; maintaining 24/7 vigilance on the northern and eastern borders with India; and, keeping a check on Pakistan's southern reaches; stretching to the Arabian Sea. Then there is the small matter of the JF-17 THUNDER multirole combat aircraft, which the PAF has designed with China and is now building in-country. If that was not enough, the air force regularly assists with any humanitarian relief effort in Pakistan and other allied countries.
