Defense Conseil International (DCI) recently announced the nomination of Julia Maris as the company's Deputy CEO. DCI, whose reference shareholder is the French State, is the operator for transferring the French Armed Forces' know-how and within this scope carries the French Armed Forces training label for customer countries of the French defence industry. Patrick Neary has been appointed Vice President of Engineering for the Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Systems unmanned systems programmes. Neary has been with Northrop Grumman for 28 years, most recently serving as director of systems integration and test and evaluation. During this assignment his organization successfully conducted several first flights of unmanned and optionally-manned aircraft and was successful with multiple spacecraft launch campaigns.
