摘要

To explain how a cyber-war would be fought, the very term "cyber war" must be carefully defined. One of the clearest and most common definitions of cyber war is: a form of information warfare that seeks to penetrate another nation's computers or networks in order to cause damage or disruption. However, because of the nature of the cyber landscape and its increasing importance to humanity, as well as military systems and critical information The goals of cyber warfare are to either deny the enemy access or control of their cyber assets, or to spread disinformation, across the target cyber domain. Unfortunately for NATO, cyber-attacks are not particularly difficult to plan or conduct.
