Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) is the prime contractor for the PATRIOT Air and Missile Defense System - a long-range, high-altitude, all-weather system - and is the systems integrator for the PAC-3 missile. In an interview with MILITARY TECHNOLOGY Joseph (Skip) G. Garrett III, Vice President and Deputy of PATRIOT Programs,rnRaytheon IDS explains how PATRIOT provides the warfighter a reliable and lethal capability to defeat advanced threats, including aircraft, tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and UAVs in current and future operational combat environments.
