Our nation faces many challenges with respect to CBRNE defence. Our top priority will always be to mitigate the risk in the best way possible which includes robust planning and preparedness.rnFor nuclear threats, we will continue to focus on prevention; and for biological threats, the emphasis is on tight and timely response. Prevention and consequence management in CBRNE is a priority for the Administration and one that requires continued collaboration with our Federal, State, and local partners. We look forward to strengthening our existing partnership with the Department of Defense as we improve our Nation's resilience.
