Dr Ed Komorowski puts the spotlight on this debilitating disease, its economic impact and whether solutions can be put into practice.Recently, delegates from many countries met to review Johne's disease at the International Paratuberculosis Colloquium. Paratuberculosis is another name for Johne's disease, the debilitating cattle disease, and this meeting has taken place every two or three years since 1983. Scientific experts, veterinarians and others with practical experience of the disease come together to review progress since the previous meeting.
