When I started the Eden course I had only a limited knowledge of dairy processes and products, even though I had worked in the industry for nearly six years. This had led to frustration on my part as I felt I couldn't add value within our organisation to as great an extent as I'd have liked.Early on in the course I was promoted from a technical role at our Lockerbie site to Quality Manager at Oswestry.
