Cathedral City seasonal packs have been re-released for the 2011 party season. Designed to aid stand-out on shelf, it will be the second year for the festive pack designs, which were the first in the branded cheese category. Customers often look for celebratory products at Christmas, which provide retailers with the perfect opportunity to maximise sales. When the seasonal packs were introduced during the same festive period in 2010, Cathedral City saw a 28% uplift in average value sales for the brand, whilst total cheese sales only achieved a 1 % increase.
