UK dairy processors explored new ways to reduce emissions at two separate events held in June. Novel technology to increase energy efficiency was explored in a workshop hosted by Dairy UK, Cameo and the Carbon Trust as part of the Industrial Energy Efficiency Accelerator (IEEA) programme, whilst another event saw processors evaluate ways to make refrigeration more efficient.
