Fivemiletown Creamery has won a ￡70,000 contract from Sainsbury's to develop a new hand crafted cheese product for the Christmas period. The contract is the second substantial deal from Sainsbury's for Fivemiletown. In October, the company secured a ￡700,000 order for its existing Brie and for a new product, Oakwood Smoked Brie. The latest order from Sainsbury's is for a 400g truckle of Oak Smoked Brie that's been created using an award-winning recipe from the company's cheese makers.
