Rachel's - the Aberystwyth based dairy - has won a first prize at this year's Wales The True Taste Food & Drink Awards. The organic dairy producer won a gold award in the 'Milk, Yogurt, Butter & Cream Category for Large Producers' for the high standard of its Wholemilk Gooseberry Yogurt, beating rivals from across Wales. The Awards were held in Haverfordwest, on 11 November. Over 700 products were judged over three judging heats, and a further 252 were judged at the final round of judging held at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff in late July.
