A total of 60 classic cars battled their way between Land's End and John O'Groats on the 2012 LEJOG endurance rally organised by the Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation (HERO). The rally, which took place 1-4 December, was described as the toughest ever. There were new routes, with fewer but longer special tests, coupled with challenging weather and slippery road conditions.
