Oldham MBC is on track to become the fastest local authority to publish its accounts in 50 years.The local authority's audit committee agreed the final accounts for 2013/14 on 28 May.According to the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the council is now on track to publish its final accounts quicker than any other body in the past 50 years.
