October has been a fairly busy month as in the first week we went off to Osnabruck in Germany with members of our choir to join with the Marienkantorei Choir in one of the large Lutheran churches to sing in a concert of Elgar and Mendelssohn. We were wined and dined (and beered!) very extensively and were made to feel extremely welcome. Unfortunately, I could not fit Megan in the luggage allowance so had to go without the Morgan. I knew that the Germans were very keen on our favourite marque but had not realised just how much until the first morning there when I went to breakfast adorned in a Run for the Hills sweatshirt and everybody smiled and commented "Guten Morgan!". They were obviously enthusiasts.
