Retired four-star General Michael Hayden, (USAF retired), a former director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA), delivered the keynote address "Cyber Security and the Threat of Cyber Attack" at AAPEX 2016 on Nov. 2. There's been a shift in the tectonics and things that seemed permanent in society are proving not to be, Hayden said. The real tectonic involves changes in the power of states and the nature of power.
