A few weeks ago one of the property owners I've been writing about at Marley Woods was walking after dark to feed the dogs. She had a strong sensation of being watched by someone or something very close. She stopped and was turning when something brushed by her right side, hitting her hard enough to move her slightly to the left. She could see nothing before, during, or after. She isn't easily frightened nor afraid of the dark.rnFive days later, after being away for a short time, the property owners returned to the farm and found all the dogs barking loudly. Charley and his chain were gone, but he was found in the pen with the two blind calves. He was loose but very agitated. The gate was chained as the owners had left it, and batteries were dead on all three remote cameras.
